Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the km771 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at km771.org.
• "Account" means the registered member account opened by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, as displayed in the Account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded by km771 to a Player under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method and credited to the Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume that must be generated from Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process through which km771 verifies a Player's identity, age, and residence before permitting withdrawals or upon request at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, directive, or official guidance applicable to the operation of the Platform or the activities of the Player in their jurisdiction of residence.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond km771's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, cyber-attacks, internet infrastructure failure, or banking system outages.

Access to and use of the km771 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times throughout a Player's registration on the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active Account. km771 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices and Indonesian market standards. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within the Republic of Indonesia. km771 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Indonesia. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of km771 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment service providers.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or imposed by km771 under Section 10 of these Terms. Attempting to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.

To access the full range of km771 services, you must register a single Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, IP addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. km771's fraud detection systems actively identify and flag duplicate account activity.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. km771 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify km771 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: km771 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a selfie holding your KTP, and proof of your registered payment method — at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review threshold.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. km771 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in.

km771 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Supported Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific processing windows are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Processing: km771 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using supported local bank and e-wallet channels during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak traffic periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required. km771 does not guarantee specific processing speeds and will not be liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name and previously used to deposit funds into the Account. Third-party withdrawal recipients are not permitted under any circumstances.
• km771 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal that exceeds internal risk thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if the Account has an outstanding KYC requirement, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or if the Account is under review for suspected Prohibited Conduct.
• km771 does not impose a platform-level withdrawal fee on IDR transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which km771 accepts no responsibility.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to km771 are treated as a serious breach of these Terms. km771 will take all available legal and technical measures to contest fraudulent chargebacks and will permanently close any Account found to have initiated one.

km771 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are issued, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Full contribution tables are published with each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-bet limit of Rp 200.000 applies per round or transaction (unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 7 or 14 days from the date of issuance — will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, km771 will automatically remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds from the Account before processing the withdrawal of Real-Money Funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Any activity that km771 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of game mechanics, collusion with other players, or multi-accounting — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Seasonal Promotions: km771 may issue special promotions tied to cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other occasions meaningful to Indonesian players. These promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of issue and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

The following rules apply across all product verticals on the km771 Platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only confirmed once km771's system has accepted it and issued a confirmed bet reference number. Bets displayed as "pending" or "processing" are not yet confirmed and may be voided if a system error occurs before confirmation.
• Sportsbook — Odds Changes: Odds on pre-match and in-play markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. km771 is not liable for odds changes that occur between the time a Player initiates a bet and the time that bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds (palpable error), km771 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are void (e.g., due to match abandonment), those legs will be treated as settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs will stand.
• Voor Bola: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to km771's official settlement rules published in the Sportsbook Help section. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed handicap and the settlement outcome, km771's internal records will take precedence.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game's outcome as recorded on the studio's server will be treated as final. km771 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection.
• Crash Games: Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Historical crash multipliers and seed data are available for Player verification on request. km771 does not guarantee any minimum multiplier in any crash game round.
• Slots — RTP: Slot game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studio and certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km771 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or having been permanently banned by km771.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players, game studio employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction made to km771 through your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue directly with km771 support.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, low-risk hedging, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km771 employees or other Players via any communication channel.

km771 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at km771.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, km771 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, national identity number, email address, phone number, bank account details, IP address, device identifiers, and gameplay transaction history. This data is used to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet regulatory obligations, and — with your consent — deliver personalized marketing communications.

km771 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with game studios, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities on a need-to-know basis and under data processing agreements that require equivalent data protection standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km771 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game suppliers, and payment processors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if km771 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any interruption to Platform services caused by Force Majeure events, scheduled maintenance windows (of which km771 will provide advance notice where practicable), or third-party infrastructure failures outside km771's control.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by a manifest technical error, provided that km771 corrects the error and restores the affected account to its pre-error state promptly upon discovery.
• The quality, availability, or fairness of games provided by third-party studios, beyond km771's contractual obligations to source content exclusively from certified and audited providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits km771's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by km771's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting km771's customer support team via live chat or email. Upon request, km771 will process any outstanding Real-Money Balance to your registered withdrawal method after completing any required verification checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by km771: km771 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• You have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• You have provided false information at registration or during KYC verification.
• You no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• km771 is required to close the Account by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Your Account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months and your Real-Money Balance has reached zero following the application of inactivity fees.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform on responsible gaming grounds may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, km771 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account, though we cannot guarantee detection in all cases. Players seeking longer-term support are encouraged to contact relevant problem gambling helplines.

km771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — those that substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates required by regulatory changes) may take effect immediately upon publication at km771.org/terms-conditions without prior individual notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to km771's international operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, account transaction, or Platform feature, Players are required to follow the following escalation process before pursuing any other legal remedy:

1. First Contact: Submit your dispute to km771 support via live chat, providing your Account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction, and a clear description of the issue. km771 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB).
2. Internal Review: km771's compliance team will investigate the dispute and issue a written determination within five (5) business days of acknowledgment.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with km771's internal determination, you may escalate the dispute to km771's designated independent dispute resolution body. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available by contacting support.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or prevent imminent harm.
